Thank you for your order! We process orders daily and lovingly take 2 working days to carefully pull, check, and pack each item before it is on its way to you.

Shipping Upgrade: If you would like to upgrade your shipping, we are happy to help! Simply email us at heirloomworksllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Shipping Upgrade" and your order number, and we will get back to you with an updated shipping price.

A Note on Inventory: We are a small, craft-driven business and on rare occasions an item may be out of stock due to an inventory error. If this happens, we will personally reach out to you with an updated timeline, as a reorder with our factory may take up to 6 weeks. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If the wait doesn't work for you, we will process a full refund promptly — no questions asked.
